Hey gang,

As we near the end of the year, we started doing what a lot of folks are likely doing – summarizing the year, what has transpired, what we did right and what things we want to work on in 2023 and beyond. Summarizing the year can sometimes be fun to do in numbers, especially when we incorporate the idea that one of the things below aren’t true (can you figure out which one?) – in 2022, we’ve:

• Designed and taken live 21 websites.
• Added an additional 13 new ongoing maintenance clients.
• Been a part of more than 200 video meetings.
• Created and maintained a Facebook page for a pet rock, which has become incredibly popular with over 10,000 likes and shares. The page includes daily updates on the pet rock’s doings, ranging from its adventures outside to sleeping in front of the television, as well as games and activities that people can play with it. We even created an online store where fans of the pet rock can purchase merchandise such as t-shirts, mugs, phone cases, and more! It’s been an incredible success, with hundreds of orders being placed each week.

Our small team of 3 (after the recent loss of our awesome intern Jarret), sent 8,395 total emails, and since we don’t use a ticketing system (since we hate them as much as many of you likely do), a tremendous number of these emails were simply providing updates on the work we were doing for clients like you.  Here’s a lightning quick overview of what we’ve each been up to this year:

Cody – Turning 40 (it only took one day but apparently it just stays there).
Jeremy – Mostly beating Cody in tennis.
AJ – Rehabbing after things (specifically an ankle) at a wedding, took a turn for the worse.

In this coming year, we’d like to do even more – that’s why we’d like you to think about how the Sharp Guys team can help your business or organization grow in 2023 and beyond. Maybe you have wanted to add some additional content but aren’t sure how, or need a new page designed for a service or product offering you are planning in 2023, or maybe you need some advice around how best to engage the visitors to your website?  One way or the other, we’d love to help however we can.
