Cody Sharp
Founder & Owner
Cody has spent the last two decades building websites, is Google Analytics certified, and has 20 years of marketing experience generating leads and revenue for B2B and B2C companies. Besides his passion for web design, especially nonprofit web design, he was a longtime board member of the B2B Marketers of Indiana, and has spoken to thousands of business leaders across the country on topics including web design, SEO, AI, landing page design, split testing, and how technology has changed the small business landscape.
In 2011, Cody founded Sharp Guys Web Design, and over the last 15 years he has worked hand in hand with clients on more than 300 projects.
He loves playing tennis (enough that he built RecAce, an app for tracking tennis and pickleball matches), coaching youth sports, watching the Hoosiers, and learning. He has a wonderful family, including an incredibly supportive wife, Christine, and three amazing kids, Adelaide, Sullivan, and Cecilia.
Jeremy Butcher
Senior Manager, Marketing & Operations
Jeremy joined the Sharp Guys team in 2018, initially as an intern, and quickly became an essential part of the team. He graduated from Indiana State in 2013 with a marketing degree, and he brought years of web design and client support experience with him when he joined full time halfway through that year. Since then, he has been instrumental in growing the company. Even though he is an Illini fan, Cody and Jeremy find common ground in their love of tennis, the Cubs, and digital marketing.
When not focused on doing important work things, you can find Jeremy reading up on Illini sports, the Chicago Cubs, and all things digital marketing, because, yes, he is that big of a marketing nerd. He and his wife Jessica enjoy spending time with their son, Benny, family and friends, enjoying an adult beverage or two, and playing with their two crazy dogs, Dexter and Willow.
AJ Krok
Senior Web & Graphics Designer
AJ graduated from Dartmouth College in 2019 with a degree in Studio and Digital Arts. Before joining the Sharp Guys team in mid 2021, he honed his WordPress web design skills doing agency work on a wide variety of projects. Besides web design, AJ truly has an eye for art of all kinds, being proficient in photography, painting, animation, and 3D modeling. He uses that varied skill set to inform his striking work in the world of web design.
If he’s not working with Sharp Guys, you can find him playing the latest blockbuster action game on PlayStation, or watching a movie with friends and family. And as a retired D1 springboard diver, he can do a backflip. It goes without saying that the rest of the Sharp Guys team is not nearly as flippy.
Erica Morgan
Content Specialist & SEO Analyst
Erica graduated from Indiana University East in 2022 with a degree in Technical and Professional Writing. She joined the Sharp Guys team in February 2023 as an intern, which quickly turned into a full-time role as a Digital Marketing Specialist. Today she is our Content Specialist and SEO Analyst. With thousands of SEO content pages created, Erica plays a key role in helping businesses strengthen their online presence and achieve meaningful marketing results.
If she’s not focused on crafting content, you can usually find Erica spending quality time with her husband, Caleb, and the cutest new addition to the family, their daughter, Sylvie, or curled up with a good book alongside her two crazy dogs, Mia and Kratos. Add a cup of tea, and she’s pretty much in her natural habitat.
