What’s Included in Every Maintenance Plan

Monthly Work

One hour of web work each month. Use it for WordPress edits, image updates, content changes, or general support requests. Unused time does not roll over.

Uptime Monitoring

Your website gets checked every 5 minutes, 24 hours a day. If it goes down for more than five minutes, we get an email and text alert, and we begin resolving the issue right away.

Hosting Management

We manage your hosting package to make sure everything works as it should. Hosting cost itself is not included in the plan.

Plugin Updates

We update your WordPress core and plugins regularly to reduce hack risk. Time spent on updates does not count against your monthly hour. If an update breaks something, we fix it at no additional charge.

Monthly Analytics

On request, a 5-minute screencast video each month walking through your Google Analytics data with suggestions on how to get more revenue from your website.

Discounted Hourly Rate

Our normal hourly rate of $200/hour drops to $100/hour for any work beyond your monthly allotment (up to 6 hours per month). Great for bigger one-off projects that come up.
