Whenever we analyze data for clients we come back with a screen capture video that goes through a number of different things visually. We don’t use PowerPoint slides, Word documents, Excel documents, etc. unless absolutely necessary. Instead we simply speak to them and show on their website or actual ads what we’re talking about and what things could be done based on the data. The data itself isn’t as important as what they can do with it and its our job as an analyst to give suggestions based on historical precedent.

We find our videos, which we keep short on purpose, are almost watched at a 100% rate for the entire length of the video. No way we could guarantee that level of engagement or even easily monitor engagement from a PowerPoint presentation. We have the added benefit of not needing to recreate a ton of one time use materials saving money for both us and our client.
