Fifty years of the Indy Mini. That’s a lot of history to honor and a lot of logistics to get right on a screen.

The Indy Mini team brought us in to rebuild their website from the ground up for the 50th Running. The old site was buckling under race-week traffic, registration was clunky on phones, and years of content had piled up without much structure behind it. Runners couldn’t find what they needed.

We rebuilt it mobile-first, reworked registration so it holds up under load, and reorganized content around what people actually look for: course maps, training resources, race-day logistics, and results. The kind of stuff that used to take four clicks now takes one.
